Role and Responsibilities: The role of Subject Teachers at Nigam Academy is pivotal in shaping the academic journey of our students. Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering engaging and effective classroom instruction in the assigned subject area, employing innovative teaching methodologies and resources to enhance student learning and comprehension.
2. Designing and implementing dynamic lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards and educational objectives, catering to diverse learning needs and styles.
3. Assessing student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support individual student growth and achievement.
4. Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for lifelong learning among students.
5. Collaborating with colleagues and academic leaders to develop and refine curriculum frameworks, instructional strategies, and assessment practices to optimize student learning outcomes.
6. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and assessment data, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians to ensure transparency and accountability in student progress.
7. Participating in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance teaching skills, stay abreast of emerging educational trends, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the institution.

Qualifications: Candidates for the position of Subject Teachers should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in the respective subject area or a closely related field.
• Prior teaching experience at the secondary or higher education level is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students in the learning process.
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources to integrate technology into teaching and learning activities effectively.
